Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our

company. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and

managing various software and/or hardware projects within the organization. You will

collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and

stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software and/or hardware projects,

ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget

• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with

Stakeholders and product managers

• Develop and maintain project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation,

and risk management strategies

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure

smooth project workflow and alignment of project goals

• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing

appropriate mitigation strategies

• Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and report on key metrics to

stakeholders

• Participate in discovery calls to understand requirements and roadmaps
• Utilize project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to track tasks,

document project details, and manage project artifacts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s

degree preferred)

• 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in one of the following areas (Retail, Warehouse, Supply Chain or E-Commerce)
• Strong knowledge of platforms, technologies, and systems
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering

complex technical projects on time and within budget

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic and analytical

mindset

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a

fast-paced environment

• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, for task

tracking and documentation

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Experience with using communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet
• Experience in large-scale software development life cycle
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Mandarin
• Experience in Korber, WMS, E-commerce, Toshiba, SAP, SOP, ERP, CRM. Project full cycle management, business sense and understanding, project management certificate (PMP, CISSP), AI, LLM (large language model), machine learning.

Salary: The rate of pay is between $90K - $100K per hour. This is general guideline only and not guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience and location.
